Common questions
Can I use my own domain?
Yes — that's the point. We support any apex or subdomains you control. We can manage DNS for you or coexist with your existing DNS team.
Where will my data live?
EU and US regions today, with BYO region available on request. Data residency is locked at provisioning time.
Do you support SSO?
SAML 2.0 and OIDC across all five apps, with SCIM for user provisioning. We map your existing groups to Bundly roles.
What's the SLA?
99.9% uptime as standard, 99.95% available. SLA credits applied automatically. Status page and incident comms included.
How is it priced?
Annual contracts, sized to seats and limits. We'll quote after the discovery call — no surprise fees, no per-feature add-ons.
Can I migrate from a Starter/Duo/Pro plan?
Yes. Your data moves with you; existing users get re-invited on the new domain. We handle the cutover.
